About Me

Hi, I'm Debbie, and a mum of two girls (Now 16 and 13). I too remember those times of being sleep deprived and what a strain it can put on family relationships. I wish I knew then what I know now!

So, let me tell you a little bit about myself. Before having children I worked in London for 10 years as a qualified NNEB nanny to some amazing families. Since then I have worked for the NHS in Wiltshire as a Community Nursery Nurse, successfully supporting and advising families, with not only sleep advice but other child development issues, such as behaviour, fussy eating and toilet training being some of them. I also use my BFI UNICEF breastfeeding knowledge and training to advise and support mums.

My businesss and passion is to support and advise families, with children aged between 5 months and 5 years old that are having problems with sleep. With over 20 years of knowledge and experience I can really help you find the right sleep technique for you and your child, and tailor a sleep plan to help get results. It takes patience, consistency and most of all commitment. The majority of children's sleep problems can be solved.

If you are one of those families struggling with your child's sleep and would like a tailored sleep plan with that personal touch, lots of advice and plenty of support, then I can help you.

Please message me on my contact page and I will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

I will look forward to hearing from you.
